The Daman u’Select pepper mill from the French brand Peugeot is crafted from a combination of clear acrylic and matte stainless steel, standing 21 cm tall. Its modern, elegant, and stemless design showcases the contents while maintaining a clean, sophisticated look.
Thanks to the patented u’Select technology, you can easily adjust the grind coarseness by choosing from 6 preset settings, ranging from the coarsest to the finest grind.
The grinding mechanism features a spiral shape and a double row of teeth that guide and hold the peppercorns in place to ensure a perfect grind.
We recommend using dried peppercorns—white, black, or green—with a diameter of 6 mm or less. Multi-colored pepper blends should contain no more than 15% red (pink) peppercorns. It can also be used to grind dried coriander seeds. (This pepper mill cannot be used for salt.)
