The Microplane Black Sheep 2-in-1 Truffle Slicer and Grater is a premium all-stainless-steel tool in an elegant matte black finish. It combines an adjustable thin-slicing blade and a fine grater in one, making it perfect for truffles, mushrooms, hard cheeses, chocolate, and other delicate ingredients.
The sharp stainless steel blade allows for smooth adjustment of slice thickness up to 3 mm, while the fine grater is perfect for finishing dishes right on the plate. The Black Sheep collection features a matte black PVD finish, an ergonomic shape, a hanging loop, and a protective cover for safe storage.
The grater is dishwasher safe.
