Pepper mill: the grinding mechanism features a spiral shape and a double row of teeth that guide and hold the peppercorns to ensure a perfect grind. We recommend using dried peppercorns with a diameter of 6 mm or less—specifically white, black, or green pepper. Multi-colored pepper blends should contain no more than 15% red (pink) peppercorns. It can also be used to grind dried coriander seeds.
