Maintenance and operating instructions
Sharpening and polishing should only be carried out dry on mechanically cleaned and degreased blades. Before replacing modules or cleaning internal chambers, disconnect the device from the mains. Regularly remove metal and ceramic residue from the waste zones using a dry method (knocking out, blowing out).
The device must not be exposed to moisture, industrial washing in dishwashers or exposure to chemical solvents.
