With the KAI polishing set, you can comfortably polish the blade of a freshly sharpened kitchen knife. The beech wood preparation is coated with high quality beef leather. The set contains a polishing cream made of chromium oxide with a very fine grain size.
Before the first use, we recommend massaging the cream into the skin with your fingers and letting it dry for 5 minutes. When polishing the knife, add cream as needed. Always pull the kitchen knife in the direction of the blade at the same angle as you used when grinding. Do not press on the knife unnecessarily and rather repeat the pulling. Each veneer should be covered 10-12 times.
