The KAI TMK-0705 is a high-quality bread knife with a 23 cm serrated blade that easily cuts through crispy crusts without crushing the soft interior. It’s perfect for bread, baguettes, rolls, and other baked goods, but thanks to its long blade, it can also handle watermelon, pumpkin, or pineapple, for example.
The ergonomic black handle, made of polished POM plastic, is water-resistant and symmetrical, making the knife suitable for both right- and left-handed users.
Hand washing is required. The knife is not dishwasher-safe. After each use, we recommend rinsing it, drying it immediately, and storing it in a dry place. Proper care helps maintain the functionality of the serrated blade and extends the knife’s lifespan.
